In just ten weeks, we defined a clear positioning, sharpened their value proposition, and integrated multiple sub-brands into one coherent story. On this foundation, we set up a multi-channel strategy across website, content, SEO, LinkedIn and Google Ads – complete with workflows, analytics and lead routing. The result: a scalable marketing setup that finally makes it possible to communicate Panthera Media’s strengths clearly and turn attention into qualified leads.
Our Work
When we started working with Panthera Media, their core challenge was not technical capability, but communication. The team delivered strong web and app solutions, yet struggled to explain what truly set them apart and how their own products and sub-brands fit into the bigger picture. The website existed, but it wasn’t structured around a clear value proposition, target audiences, or a measurable acquisition funnel.
Together with the founders, we first built a strategic foundation. We clarified Panthera Media’s positioning in a competitive agency landscape and articulated a distinct value proposition, including concrete USPs. We defined and segmented key target groups and translated them into tailored messaging, so that startups, scale-ups, and more established businesses each understand what Panthera Media can do for them. At the same time, we integrated the agency’s own products and sub-brands into a coherent brand and storytelling architecture instead of treating them as isolated offerings.
On this basis, we designed a holistic marketing strategy. We restructured the website and key landing pages to reflect the new positioning, improve clarity of communication and support content-led SEO. We developed a content and insight strategy, including formats such as white papers and in-depth articles that can be used across the website, LinkedIn and performance campaigns. To increase visibility and capture demand, we set up Google Ads and defined a LinkedIn approach with precise audience targeting and dedicated messaging per segment.
A core element of the project was turning the founder into a visible thought leader. We refined the personal narrative for the managing director, aligned it with the company story, and optimised the LinkedIn profiles of key team members. This allowed Panthera Media to communicate expertise not only as a brand, but also through recognisable people.
Finally, we made sure that all of this is operationally sustainable. We created a central marketing hub with clear workflows for content creation: from idea and editorial planning to copywriting, design assets (e.g. LinkedIn carousels) and publishing. We implemented analytics and tracking across relevant touchpoints to understand which channels and campaigns drive which leads. The lead journey was redesigned so that new contacts are automatically captured, categorised and routed into the right next step instead of being handled manually in an inconsistent way.
